There are so many people who want to lose pounds.  Many experts offer many different strategies.  You must consider what type and strategy will mach to your body and your daily activities. The first main factor of weight loss pounds is your mindset.  Your mind is the center of everything which is also the main control to get success in loosing your weight.  You must believe that you can do. If you don’t trust yourself, you would probably find difficulties to stay in your diet or programs.  Many experts believe that the success in weight loss pounds is very depending on the mindset on the beginning of the program. Weight Loss Pounds - Loosing fat or loosing weight?

Before starting your program, you may have a goal.  What is your goal?  Weight loss pounds can be done in different ways.  Some people want to lose weight. Other may want to lose fat.  You may lose fat and at the same time you also lose the water of your body.  However weight loss pounds can also mean you only loose fat of your body.  Many people choose to only lose fat to get an athlete look of physical body.  You may take fat loss diet by reducing fat intake and keeping muscle exercise.

Weight loss pounds without starving

Some people try to reduce their meal portion as much as they could. This way will lead you feeling hungry and not well.  Running a kind of starving diet will make you feeling unhappy. You will find difficult, stressed and for longer period you may get depressed.  So starving diets is not good for your physical and mental health.  The better way in diet is to reduce calorie intake gradually. Another important thing is to watch the nutrient intake.  Your body need enough nutrient, vitamins; mineral to keep you stay healthy.  

Want ot lose pounds - Stay away from mental stress

Weight loss pounds seem more easily to be achieved by happy people. How do you define “stress”?  Stress is something you can feel when you face to a certain condition you don’t like.  Many experts believe that stress will lead the body to form fat. If you want to get success in loosing weight, control your stress.

    I agree that stress and mental states have a big impact on weight loss success. It seems I always eat more when I’m on a deadline for a campaign at work. Then when the deal is done we go out and binge on a feast to celebrate.

    That’s why I have a personal trainer and a boot camp type of workout routine that I shift to every 30 days…
