  • Cut down on your fat intake and make sure your food includes only good fat and that too in minimal quantity.  Reduce your consumption of high-fat products such as mayonnaise, butter, and creamy salad dressings. Choose lower-fat dairy products that are fortified with calcium and vitamins.

Vegetables generally have a low sugar content and are needed for your body to get the necessary vitamins and minerals it needs. You can combine vegetables to make your juice or you can juice different types of vegetables individually
