  • Eat most breads, grain, cereal, pulses, fruit and vegetables.  These should be the basic of your daily diet. The foods contain complex carbohydrate, fibre, vitamin and minerals.  Fruit and vegetables are known as a source of antioxidants which is very important to keep you healthy.
  • Eat moderately lean meat, fishes, eggs, poultry, milk, cheese and yoghurt.  These foods supply your protein need and very valuable mineral such as iron, calcium and zinc.
  • Eat least oil, margarine, butter, salt and sugar

Avoid eating in high portion.  Researches prove that it is better to take the food in frequent segments rather than having it in bulk at a time.  This consider as a healthier metabolism. Therefore, it lowers the risk of accumulated fat in the body and allows you to stay fat-free and healthy.
